Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Concierge Associate in Charlotte to deliver exceptional resident service at the community. You will greet residents, answer questions, coordinate directions, and assist with leasing information and events, while maintaining a welcoming environment throughout shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service experience and must obtain Fair Housing Certification within 30 days. A flexible schedule, drug screening, and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Fair Housing Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Successfully pass a drug test.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospects with a smile and professionalism.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and suggest local events and venues.
• Assist with leasing information, community information, and service requests.
• Monitor cameras and use programs to help residents during the shift.
• Keep lobby clean and presentable; maintain a tidy work area.
• Deliver packages and dry cleaning to residents when required.
• Provide access to apartments for authorized visitors with proper ID checks.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
