CommonPlace in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the welcoming face of our community. You will show apartments, assist future residents, and guide applicants through the leasing process with warmth and professionalism.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service or sales background.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; OneSite, Appfolio).
• Ability to work weekends.
• Professional, courteous and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome prospective residents and lead tours.
• Prepare units and common areas for tours and show features.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process: applications, screenings, deposits and leases.
• Maintain accurate resident files and support renewals.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Respond to resident requests with care and professionalism.
• Plan resident events to build community and engagement.
