Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the daily cleaning of the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. The role includes preparing vacant units for move-in and assisting the Community Manager with on-site operations.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and familiarity with on-site software. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s housing industry experience.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleaning of the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for move-in (make-ready).
• Clean and upkeep daily of community offices, amenities, etc.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Uphold Asset Living policies and report violations.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
