Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. You will oversee the make-ready process under the Community Manager and ensure move-ins meet operational standards.

Daily cleaning, trash removal, and upkeep of offices and amenities are required. You will respond to resident requests, enforce community policies, and support a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or one year’s housing experience.
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleaning of public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units under Community Manager supervision.
• Respond to resident requests and manage service requests promptly.
• Enforce community policies and safeguard the property.
• Operate safely around chemicals and equipment per safety guidelines.
