The Wren Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to help lead operations at our apartment community. You’ll support the Property Manager with leasing efforts, resident relations, and administrative tasks to ensure exceptional service and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include rent collection, renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and keeping files current, with back-up support for front-desk duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of property management
• Experience with Onesite software required.
• Experience with Nationwide Eviction required.
• Experience with rent collections, delinquency management, and resident ledgers.
• Experience handling renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and resident correspondence.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required

Responsabilités

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the community under the Property Manager.
• Support leasing efforts and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage administrative processes and resident communications.
• Post income and handle delinquency notices.
• Prepare security deposits refunds or charges.
• Coordinate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Back up phones and file resident correspondence.
• Take over responsibilities when the Property Manager is unavailable.
• Keep lease files current and complete.
