Highland Management Group is seeking a part-time Caretaker for Hemlock Pines Apartments in Maple Grove, MN. The role involves daily cleaning, grounds maintenance, and preparing units for occupancy, with a focus on safety and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Housekeeping duties in common areas.
• Maintaining property cleanliness and order.
• Attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Reliable and punctual in schedule adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Daily cleaning of the common areas.
• Walk the grounds daily and keep property free of debris and litter.
• Clean garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and wash fixtures.
• Know water and gas shut-off locations and sewer clean-outs.
• Seasonal tasks: shovel snow, rake leaves, pull weeds, sweep sidewalks.
• Clean and detail apartments.
• Ensure vacant units are clean and ready for showing.
• Notify the manager when supplies or equipment are needed.
• Perform other tasks as requested by Management.
