Highland Management Group, Inc. seeks a full-time Apartment Caretaker for Hunters Ridge in Minnetonka. The role includes daily cleaning of common areas, ground duties, and preparing vacant units.

Responsabilidades

• Daily cleaning of the common areas.
• Walk the grounds daily and keep property free of debris & litter.
• Clean garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and wash fixtures.
• Knowledge of water and gas meter shut offs, fixtures, and sewer clean-outs.
• Seasonal: shovel snow, rake leaves, pull weeds, sweep sidewalks.
• Clean and detail apartments.
• Ensure cleanliness of vacant units.
• Notify the manager of needed cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by Management.
