Job summary

Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Caretaker for Hampshire House Apartments in St Louis Park. Position: 20 hours per week with hourly rate starting at $16.00.

Living on-site is not required, but on-site housing offers a higher rent discount. Walk-in interviews are held every Wednesday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM at 5290 Villa Way, Edina, MN 55436.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of the common areas.
• Walk the grounds daily and keep property free of debris & litter.
• Clean garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and wash out fixtures.
• Have a working knowledge of water and gas meter shut offs, all apartment fixtures, shut-off locations and sewer clean-outs.
• Seasonal: shovel snow, rake leaves, pull weeds, sweep sidewalks as needed.
• Clean and detail apartments.
• Assure cleanliness of vacant units.
• Notify the manager of needed cleaning supplies & equipment.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by Management.

Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Caretaker to be part of our team at Hampshire House Apartments in St Louis Park.

Living on-site is not a requirement for this position, but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount!
