Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of the common areas.
• Walk the grounds daily and keep property free of debris and litter.
• Clean garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and wash out fixtures.
• Know water and gas meter shut-offs, fixtures, shut-off locations and sewer clean-outs.
• Seasonal: shovel snow, rake leaves, pull weeds, sweep sidewalks as needed.
• Clean and detail apartments.
• Assure cleanliness of vacant units.
• Notify the manager of needed cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by Management.
