Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Caretaker for Edina Highland Villa in Edina, MN. The position offers 40 hours per week with an hourly starting rate of $17.

Living on-site is optional, and residents who choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount. Daily duties include cleaning common areas, grounds maintenance, cleaning apartments, and ensuring vacant units are ready for occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of common areas.
• Walk the grounds daily and keep property free of debris.
• Clean garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and wash fixtures.
• Have a working knowledge of water and gas meter shut offs, all apartment fixtures, shut‑off locations and sewer clean‑outs.
• Seasonal: shovel snow, rake leaves, pull weeds, sweep sidewalks as needed.
• Clean and detail apartments.
• Assure cleanliness of vacant units.
• Notify the manager of needed cleaning supplies & equipment.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by Management.
