Edina Highland Villa Apartments in Edina, MN seeks a full-time Caretaker to join our on-site team. The role covers daily cleaning of common areas, grounds maintenance, and basic upkeep of garages and storage spaces.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of the common areas.
• Walk the grounds daily and keep property free of debris and litter.
• Clean garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and wash fixtures.
• Know water and gas meter shut-offs and sewer clean-outs.
• Seasonal tasks: snow shoveling, leaves, weeds, and sidewalk maintenance.
• Clean and detail apartments and vacant units.
• Notify the manager of supplies and equipment needs.
• Other tasks as requested by Management.
