Housing on-site is optional, with a rent discount for those who choose to live on site. The position is 40 hours per week with an starting hourly rate of $17. Health insurance, PTO, and other benefits are included.

Qualifikationen

• Duties require thorough daily cleaning of common areas.
• Must keep grounds free of debris and maintain unit cleanliness.
• Ability to inspect and replace bulbs and fixtures as needed.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance including water and gas shut-offs and sewer clean-outs.
• Seasonal tasks such as snow shoveling and landscaping duties.
