Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Caretaker for Hunters Ridge in Minnetonka, MN. This full-time role is 40 hours per week with an hourly rate starting at $17.00 per hour.

You will perform daily cleaning of common areas, grounds upkeep, and detailed apartment preparation to ensure vacant units are pristine. Responsibilities include seasonal snow removal, fixture maintenance, and communication with management to restock supplies.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience and reliable work ethic.
• Attention to detail and careful follow-through.
• Punctuality and ability to manage daily tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of the common areas.
• Walk the grounds daily and keep property free of debris.
• Clean garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and wash fixtures.
• Know water and gas meter shut-offs, fixtures, and sewer clean-outs.
• Seasonal snow shoveling, leaf raking, and sidewalk maintenance.
• Clean and detail apartments and ensure vacant units are spotless.
• Notify management when supplies are low and assist with tasks as needed.
