Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Caretaker for The Lexington Apartments and Townhomes in Roseville, MN. The position offers an hourly rate starting at $17.00 and includes a 40-hour work week.

Living on-site is optional, with potential rent discount for on-site residents. Duties include daily cleaning, grounds maintenance, and ensuring vacant units are ready for showings. Comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and maintenance of common areas.
• Attention to detail and reliability in daily tasks.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate basic utilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of the common areas.
• Walk the grounds daily and keep property free of debris.
• Clean garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and wash out fixtures.
• Have a working knowledge of water and gas meter shut offs, all apartment fixtures, shut-off locations and sewer clean-outs.
• Seasonal: shovel snow, rake leaves, pull weeds, sweep sidewalks as needed.
• Clean and detail apartments.
• Assure cleanliness of vacant units.
• Notify the manager of needed cleaning supplies & equipment.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by Management.
