Adara Communities seeks an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on upkeep, respond to service requests, and assist with unit make-readies and upgrades. You will handle plumbing, electrical work, appliance and pool maintenance, collaborating with the Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure high-quality, safe living spaces.

The role requires a valid HVAC license, practical toolset, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years apartment maintenance experience in multifamily environments.
• HVAC license required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and time-management abilities.
• Personal set of basic hand tools.
• Willingness to work on-call as scheduled.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
