Stripe is seeking a consultative recruiter to grow and scale Frontend, Backend and Fullstack Engineering teams across the AMER region. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partnering with stakeholders to hit hiring goals while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house preferred.
• Use AI and real-time data to speed up hiring and improve candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring teams to align recruiting with business objectives.
• Autonomy in a fast-moving organization with ambiguity and responsibility.
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving and trend analysis to improve processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Frontend, Backend and Fullstack roles across AMER.
• Drive hiring strategy and deliver best-in-class candidate experience.
• Partner with stakeholders and compensation, HR, and finance to scale hiring.
• Generate a healthy pipeline through branding, events and employee referrals.
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to inform decisions.
