United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned full-cycle Recruiter to drive talent growth across APAC, with a focus on Singapore. You’ll partner with senior leaders, build go-to-market pipelines, and shape our hiring strategy using data-driven insights.

Based in our Singapore office, this hybrid role offers opportunities to influence multiple functions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and aligning with our values and growth goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high growth business.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on high volume searches in go to market organizations.
• Expert knowledge of the SaaS / scaling tech landscape in APAC, particularly Singapore.
• Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
• Ability to build a talent strategy alongside your hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for our business organizations, in particular go to market functions like sales & marketing.
• Partner with leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key roles.
• Source and build healthy pipelines to engage passive talent including: cold outreach, events, and content production while also effectively handling inbound applications and referrals.
• Leverage data to inform your hiring strategy and articulate these insights to executives in order to influence and drive positive change.
• Identify, conceptualize and drive business improvement initiatives.
