Citi is seeking a Technology Program Manager for Risk & Governance within Markets Trading Technology in Singapore. You will lead strategic technology programs, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, and manage third‑party and inter‑affiliate arrangements across APAC.

The role requires a technology background, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and delivery across Asia markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• 6–10 years in technology program management, governance, or compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee technology components of moderately complex IT projects, including planning, timing, functionality, quality and cost.
• Direct staff and resolve issues to meet project goals and requirements.
• Communicate with end-users to provide timely status updates and information.
• Contribute to budget policy formulation and planning.
• Lead regulatory RFIs, audits, and governance submissions across jurisdictions.
• Assess risk and escalate control issues with transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate with in-country technology leads to align priorities and regulatory commitments.
