Citi is seeking an Officer, Markets Ops Control in a hybrid Singapore-based role. The candidate will ensure policy compliance, manage records, access reviews, outsourcing reviews and MCA testing, and drive process improvements across global operations.

Strong leadership and risk-management mindset are essential. Applicants should have a university degree, 5–7+ years in Tier-1 financial institutions, and proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with global and regional functional policies focusing on Operational Risk, MCA, Information Security and Records Management.
• Manage Records Management related activities.
• Manage access reviews for the supported businesses.
• Manage Outsourcing related reviews and reporting per Third-Party Management Policy.
• Manage MCA testing of the Business activities.
• Manage process reviews and provide improvements and automation.
• Manage documentation of Continuity of Business Plans.
• Participate in and/or lead projects.
• Escalate transaction processing issues to appropriate channels and collaborate on a solution.
• Design and analyze moderately complex reports with leadership guidance.
• Ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies.
• Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities.
• Contribute to GL proofing exercises.
• Oversee and execute core operations to monitor processes, risks and controls.
• Facilitate risk close out for market transactions as Operations partner.
• Collaborate daily across Global Clients, Trading, and Operations to provide solutions.
• Act as key point of contact for internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify trends and weaknesses across products/regions; recommend control enhancements.
