• 10–15 years of experience in risk or program management.
• Strong risk domain knowledge across risk segments.
• Technical skills to understand systems and data.
• Experience with AI/innovation and agile methodologies.
• Negotiation skills with external parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large multi-faceted project or multiple projects aligned with Risk Management Organization goals and target state vision.
• Own project goals leveraging expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team.
• Organize new challenges and drive business results.
• Use best practice PMO methodology to create a project plan to fit stakeholders' needs and deliver within budget.
• Drive end results of the project as a representative of the business.
• Work closely with the Risk and Technology stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit clear activity/progress reports and time management reports.
• Assess project risk potentials and discover potential problems before they occur.
• Apply a proactive approach in tracking progress against goals.
• Define, teach, and enforce good project management practices.
• Identify and amend the approach to context and constraints of each project.
• Continuously improve skills through lessons-learned reviews.
• Recognize problems early and bring the right people to solve them.
• Promote partner involvement with clear status communications.
• Apply lessons learned to future projects and communicate milestones and escalations.
