Job summary

Legora is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for the APAC region. You will work closely with senior leaders, shaping hiring strategy and velocity to fuel growth across GTM and corporate roles.

As a hands-on, commercially minded recruiter, you will build proactive pipelines, run structured processes, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company.
• Proven track record hiring senior-level talent.
• Genuine commercial acumen and understanding of OTE structures and quotas.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy.
• Ability to run multiple complex searches with pace and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across APAC, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and hiring strategies.
• Shape how Talent operates at Legora, contributing to processes, programs, tooling and People initiatives.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs to stay ahead of demand.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace and consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to offer.
