Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Director of Growth for Connected Warfare (International / APAC) to lead APAC sales motion, sovereign capture, and bilateral partnerships from Tokyo, Singapore, or Taipei. The role demands a gritty hunter mindset, deep edge compute mastery, and the ability to close Direct Commercial Sales, expand Voyager deployments, and drive multi-year programs across allied nations.

Qualifications

10+ years in defense hardware sales, capture, or related commercial roles.
Proven ability to originate deals and close major contracts.
Deep technical fluency in edge compute, C5ISR, and related hardware.
Experience negotiating direct commercial exports or bilateral agreements.

Responsibilities

Lead APAC Sales Motions for Connected Warfare, coordinating with in-country Anduril teams.
Execute In-Region Sovereign Capture across allied Indo-Pacific nations.
Drive Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and co-development programs at scale.
Lead Voyager as the entry point and expand to Menace, Lattice, and Warfighter systems.
Anchor the platform ecosystem and pull through software-defined capabilities.
Operate with high autonomy, including hardware demos and technical proposals.
Navigate export controls and regulatory pathways to accelerate delivery.
Voice of the Allied Warfighter, feeding ground-truth feedback to HQ teams.
