Job summary

vCluster Labs is a venture-backed startup delivering AI infrastructure solutions and cluster products for AI cloud providers and factories. The role focuses on building APAC partnerships from zero, recruiting SIs, MSPs, VARs, distributors and OEMs across ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India and ANZ.

You will set up two-tier distribution, run co-sell with AEs, and lead multi-party AI infrastructure pursuits while owning partner enablement and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 22+ years in partner/alliances roles with a track record in infrastructure software or AI.
• Proven APAC coverage with relationships across SIs, MSPs, VARs, distributors and OEMs.
• Hands-on experience building two-tier partner programs and co-sell motions.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale APAC partnerships across ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India and ANZ.
• Set up two-tier distribution and lead multi-party AI infrastructure pursuits.
• Own partner enablement, forecasting, and act as voice of APAC for product and strategy.
