Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Manager, Starlink Customer Success (Asia-Pacific & Oceania) to lead our enterprise reseller CS team spanning Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands. You will coach and develop Customer Success Managers, Leads, and Specialists, driving revenue growth and strong customer relationships across a broad, multi-market book.

You will navigate regulatory, billing, logistics, capacity, and activation issues while staying focused on growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or a commercial role for a technical product.
• 3+ years owning and growing a book of existing customers with revenue responsibility.
• 2+ years of direct people management.
• Experience managing enterprise customers across multiple countries or markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, Leads, and Specialists across Asia-Pacific and Oceania.
• Grow revenue across an existing book of enterprise resellers.
• Identify and close opportunities for customers to expand use of Starlink across hardware, service, data, and products.
• Build hardware and service forecasts for leadership with view of opportunities and risks.
• Define demand across the region and translate into revenue opportunities.
• Navigate billing, regulatory, capacity, logistics, product availability, and activation blockers.
• Partner with Sales, Channel Sales, Finance, Tax, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Logistics to move opportunities forward.
• Align with regional Sales teams for consistent messaging across markets.
• Identify recurring country problems and solve at scale with the right teams.
• Maintain coverage across widely separated time zones and coach when needed.
