Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Manager, Starlink Customer Success for Asia-Pacific & Oceania. You will lead a distributed team of Customer Success professionals, drive revenue growth with enterprise resellers, and navigate regional regulatory, billing, and activation challenges to unlock opportunities.

You will coach the team, stay close to key customers, and partner with Sales, Channel, Finance, and Operations to maximize book performance across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or another commercial role for a technical product.
• 3+ years owning and growing a book of existing customers, with direct revenue responsibility.
• 2+ years of direct people management.
• Experience managing enterprise customers across multiple countries or markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, Leads, and Specialists across Asia-Pacific and Oceania.
• Grow revenue across an existing book of enterprise resellers.
• Identify and close opportunities for customers to expand their use of Starlink across hardware, service, data, and products.
• Build forecasts with leadership visibility on opportunities and risks across markets.
• Manage billing, regulatory, capacity, logistics, and activation issues impacting growth.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Logistics to move opportunities forward.
• Align with regional Sales teams to deliver a consistent message across markets.
