Job summary

SpaceX's Starlink unit seeks a Manager, Starlink Customer Success (APAC & Oceania) to lead a distributed team of Customer Success Managers, Leads, and Specialists and drive revenue growth with enterprise resellers.

You will coach the team, set growth priorities, and partner with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Logistics to move opportunities forward while navigating regional billing and regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers across APAC and Oceania.
• Grow revenue across an existing book of enterprise resellers.
• Identify and close opportunities to expand Starlink use (hardware, service, data, products).
• Build forecasts with a clear view of opportunities and risks across markets.
• Map regional demand growth and actions to convert it into revenue.
• Resolve billing, regulatory, capacity, logistics, and activation blockers.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Logistics to move opportunities forward.
• Align with regional Sales teams so resellers see a clear, consistent message.
