Job summary

CAI is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our People Solutions Team and support Life Sciences hiring across the Asia Pacific region. This one-year contract focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent for biotech and data center roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, coordinate interviews across time zones, and maintain data in the ATS while supporting employer branding and diversity initiatives in APAC.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or engineering hiring.
• Experience recruiting in Life Sciences / Biotech Manufacturing or Data Center / Mission Critical Infrastructure.
• Experience supporting hiring across Australia and APAC regions (e.g., Singapore, Australia, Japan, South Korea, India, etc.).
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying hard-to-find talent.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with the ATS system Lever and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC with emphasis in Australia
• Partner with hiring managers in Life Sciences and Data Center teams to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
• Source niche talent for biotech manufacturing and data center roles
• Build pipelines of passive candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals
• Develop regional market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and coordinate interviews across time zones
• Maintain data in ATS and generate recruiting reports
• Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives in APAC
