Job summary

eClinical Solutions LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Massachusetts to lead our AI-first recruitment function across Engineering, Clinical Data Services, Biometrics, and Corporate teams. You will drive employer branding, AI-enabled screening, and hiring measurement while ensuring human judgment remains central in decision-making.

You will own requisition management, build passive pipelines, and coach hiring managers on sourcing strategy and interview design, all while embedding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7–10+ years in talent acquisition
• Experience owning recruiting process, tooling, or program strategy in fast-paced tech environments
• Direct experience using AI-driven ATS features, LLM-based sourcing tools, or recruiting automation platforms
• Experience recruiting for technical, data, or life sciences/clinical roles is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requisition management from intake to offer across technical and clinical hiring teams
• Own employer branding, careers site content, and social outreach aligned with company voice
• Build and nurture passive candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Advise hiring managers on sourcing strategy, interview design, and candidate evaluation
• Oversee hiring scorecard metrics and report performance to leadership
• Redesign recruiting workflows to reduce manual tasks and boost efficiency
• Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and skill-gap analysis
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal quality standards
• Shape AI-enabled recruitment policies, tool standards, and responsible use guidelines
