Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including in-house at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Comfort with technical or research hiring, or a strong desire to learn it.
• A track record of high-volume GTM hiring; healthcare, diagnostics or life sciences experience is a plus.
• Fluency with modern recruiting and AI tools; you automate repetitive work wherever you can.
• Speed and ownership: you move from outreach to signed offer quickly without lowering the bar.
• Bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close
• Source creatively: competitor mapping, adjacent industries, referrals, and AI-powered tools
• Build the hiring engine, including interview processes, scorecards, candidate experience, and funnel and time-to-fill reporting
• Manage outside recruiting partners as needed and help shape how the team grows
