• Own full path from brief to live asset with launch-day checklists.
• Brief agencies and manage production schedules across assets.
• Maintain social publishing plan across creator, brand, and partner channels.
• Track app-install assets and campaigns against launch dates.
• Prepare briefs and timelines for music partnership teams.
• Manage vendor and finance operations incl. SOWs and invoices.
• Act as single source of truth for programme status.
• Turn outlines into polished executive decks.
