Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking a GTM Lead, APAC to build and own our commercial business across Asia-Pacific (excluding Japan). You will define the APAC go-to-market, source the region's first lighthouse accounts, and set the playbook for future APAC hires.

You will work with our Growth, Enterprise, and leadership teams to win enterprise and agency deals, scale partnerships, and create a repeatable pipeline across Singapore, Australia, Korea, Greater China and other markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise sales, BD, partnerships or GTM leadership, including 3+ years selling SaaS, AI, creative technology, marketing technology or media technology in APAC.
• Track record of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure deals personally.
• Multi-country APAC experience: at least three markets with distinct buying cultures.
• Partner and channel experience in APAC markets where partners are the primary route to market.
• Existing network of senior buyers in APAC agencies, brands, media or entertainment.
• Willing to relocate to Almaty or reside in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong or Korea with travel to Almaty.
• Fluent English; Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa or Thai is a strong plus.
• Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and hands-on fluency with Higgsfield or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Open APAC market with GTM strategy in key markets and tiered outreach.
• Source, run and close the region's first enterprise and agency deals.
• Build APAC pipeline, forecast, bookings; maintain 3x+ pipeline coverage.
• Lead commercial negotiations and multi-year, usage-based deals.
• Represent Higgsfield at APAC industry events and coordinate with leadership.
