Plume Network is hiring a Regional Lead to build our presence across Asia-Pacific—covering Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, and emerging markets. You will drive partnerships with regional exchanges, asset managers, and fintechs, and strengthen Plume’s brand and regulatory relationships across diverse markets.

Responsibilities include setting GTM strategy for APAC, engaging with regulators, coordinating cross-border licensing with Legal and Compliance, representing Plume at conferences,

Qualifikationen

• APAC crypto/fintech market experience required.
• English fluency with a second regional language preferred (Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese).
• Existing network across exchanges, asset managers, or regulators.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and institutional partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Build and execute GTM strategy across APAC markets.
• Source partnerships with exchanges, asset managers, custodians, and fintechs.
• Engage with regulators (MAS, SFC, FSC) to support compliant expansion.
• Coordinate with Legal on cross-border structuring and licensing.
• Represent Plume at regional conferences and events.
• Grow regional developer and user communities in APAC hubs.
• Report pipeline and adoption metrics to global leadership.
