Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• 5+ years in digital, growth, or integrated marketing for consumer-facing businesses.
• Crypto/fintech/e-commerce tech experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to grow and engage a user base with data-driven campaigns.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English and Korean to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives across the region, including performance marketing, PR, events, and campaigns.
• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with APAC priorities.
• Drive user growth and brand awareness through data-driven strategies and market insights.
• Monitor campaigns and report performance to executives and stakeholders.
• Identify partnerships and affiliate models to support scalable growth.
• Initiate innovative campaigns to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Share insights on user behavior and market trends to inform positioning.
• Collaborate with product, operations, BD, compliance, legal, and regional teams for execution.
