Job summary

Mesh is expanding into APAC and seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to own Mesh Pay's merchant and payment partnership pipeline across Asia-Pacific. This senior IC role focuses on Singapore, SEA, Korea, and Japan, requiring independence in a lean, high-velocity environment and a robust APAC contacts network.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B sales or business development in payments.
• Demonstrable track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Deep familiarity with the APAC payments landscape.
• Existing network in the merchant payments or PSP space in APAC.
• Strong knowledge of crypto payments and digital asset infrastructure.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle independently in a lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the merchant and PSP sales pipeline across APAC—identify, qualify, pitch, and close B2B partnerships.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of 20+ target accounts across APAC with focus on crypto-ready merchants.
• Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnerships with PSPs and merchant acquirers.
• Develop account plans and coordinate with Solutions Engineering and Product on technical requirements and integration.
