Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a high‑impact Segment Sales leader for Physical AI to drive enterprise adoption of digital twins, autonomous robotics, and intelligent infrastructure across industrial manufacturing.

You will build C‑level relationships, collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to enable GTM, maintain an opportunity tracker, and guide Lighthouse Accounts while shaping future product direction.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience in enterprise product- and software business development.
• 5+ years driving enterprise initiatives with major tech companies or innovative startups, preferably in industrial domain with cloud focus.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Science, with manufacturing‑related 3D digital twin technology.
• Proven success in building and managing end‑to‑end partner solutions including business case, solution definition, value proposition, sales enablement, and joint marketing.
• Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills with strong C-level and VP relationships.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and external partners without formal authority.
• Demonstrable experience in 3D systems, digital twins, physical AI, robotics, industrial manufacturing, and next‑generation computing technologies.
• Experience building relationships with clients or partners in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize end‑to‑end Physical AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Develop NVIDIA relationships with CXOs and decision makers across the Enterprise, with emphasis on APAC and the Americas.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop Physical AI solutions spanning factory planning, synthetic data, robotics simulation, and intelligent video analytics.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, education services, training, sales operations, finance, and global sales to enable GTM via Physical AI Sales Plays.
• Maintain an opportunity tracker to communicate insights, blockers, and market feedback.
• Engage deeply with Account teams to strategize Lighthouse Accounts.
• Represent the voice of enterprise customers to inform product development.
