Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a high-impact Segment Sales leader to drive enterprise product and software business development for its Physical AI platform, including digital twins and factory optimization. You’ll engage CXOs, collaborating across product, marketing, and field teams to enable go-to-market plays and customer success.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years, 7+ in management, and deep experience with 3D digital twins, industrial manufacturing, and partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience, incl. 5+ years enterprise product/software business development with tech companies
• 7+ years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Science with manufacturing 3D digital twin focus
• Proven success in building end-to-end partner solutions (business case, value prop, enablement)
• Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills with C-level relationships
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally without formal authority
• Experience in 3D systems, digital twins, physical AI, robotics, industrial manufacturing
• Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies with ISV partners

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize end-to-end VFI solutions leveraging Physical AI and digital twins for factory design and simulation
• Develop relationships with CXOs and key decision makers across Enterprise
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and education services to enable Physical AI GTM and sales plays
• Maintain an opportunity tracker and communicate insights on market adoption and growth
• Help Lighthouse Accounts with strategic engagement and guidance
• Represent customer voice to influence product development and roadmap
