Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with 5+ years in enterprise product and software business development.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science with manufacturing 3D digital twin focus.
• Proven success in building and managing end-to-end partner solutions including business case, value proposition, sales enablement, and joint marketing.
• Strong consultative and interpersonal skills enabling C-level relationships and cross-functional influence.
• Experience with 3D systems, digital twins, physical AI, robotics, and industrial manufacturing tech; experience with ISV GTM and co-selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize end-to-end VFI solutions using Physical AI and digital twins for factory design and optimization.
• Develop relationships with CXOs and decision makers to enable customer references and growth.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, education services, and GTM teams to enable Physical AI Sales Plays.
• Maintain an opportunity tracker and communicate insights, blockers, and market adoption feedback.
• Represent the voice of enterprise customers to advise future product development.
