Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP processes.
• Experience with ERP systems SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily AP operations and provide guidance to the team.
• Review and approve invoice processing, coding, and PO matching.
• Oversee expense reports and payment processing (ACH, wire).
• Manage check runs and ensure proper documentation and authorizations.
• Support month-end close activities and AP reconciliations.
• Identify process improvements and implement stronger controls.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, and Operations.
