Qualifications

• 3–5 years in accounts payable or accounting.
• 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Hospitality or gaming experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day AP team activities and processing.
• Oversee invoice entry, coding, approvals and payment processing.
• Maintain and review vendor records, onboarding and W-9s.
• Assist in month-end close and audit preparation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls.
