Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; College is a plus.
• Experience with Coupa P2P system or Oracle Fusion is a plus.
• Accounting Clerical Experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Detail oriented & Professional and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• The AP Specialist position is responsible for reviewing the completeness and accuracy of payment requests, processing AP vouchers, and providing customer service to suppliers and field personnel.
• Upload AP vouchers utilizing FBDI Excel template; Correct any processing errors; Scan & attach invoice documents as required; Prepare and reconcile daily close report.
• Respond to inquiries from Suppliers and/or Field personnel; Run queries/reports as requested; Prepare Journal Entry corrections as needed; Communicate any changes/updates to customers.
