ACC Recruiters is partnering with a growing multi-entity manufacturer to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist in Missouri. The role offers broad exposure across business units and hands-on NetSuite ERP experience, with potential involvement in process improvements and acquisitions.

Reporting to the Director of Accounting, you will manage vendor invoices, code PO and non-PO items, and support month-end close while collaborating with Purchasing, Receiving, and Finance leadership to drive

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable processes in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices: Enter and match invoices to PO and receiving records, resolving discrepancies with Purchasing and Receiving teams.
• Code non-PO invoices: Assign correct GL accounts, departments, and entities for utilities, freight, services, and subscriptions, questioning anomalies before posting.
• Manage payment runs: Prepare weekly check, ACH, and wire payments, route for approval, and record transactions.
• Maintain vendor data and compliance: Set up new vendors, collect W-9s, verify banking changes, and manage Certificates of Insurance including tracking expirations and renewals.
• Support month-end close: Review AP aging, accrue unvouchered receipts and unpaid invoices, and ensure cut-off procedures are followed.
