Job summary

CCAB is seeking an Accounts Payable Consultant to support ERP conversion and data management during NetSuite implementation. The role includes cleansing vendor master data, performing migration validation, and providing secondary AP processing support to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate's degree in a related field and have experience with ERP migrations, NetSuite, and advanced Excel. Strong detail orientation and data accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; minimum two years of experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations, accounting system migrations, or data migration projects preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, validation, lookups, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vendor master data cleansing, validation, and migration from Great Plains to NetSuite.
• Identify duplicates or incomplete vendor records and propose corrections.
• Coordinate with Finance and partners to ensure data integrity during conversion.
• Perform data audits and reconciliation of legacy information before migration.
• Participate in testing, including UAT and data validation of AP workflows.
• Document AP procedures and create standardized processes for the new ERP.
• Support post-conversion issues and assist end users as needed.
• Generate and maintain data tracking reports for conversion.
• Ensure vendor records, payment terms, tax classifications, and banking data are accurate within NetSuite.
• Review and enter AP transactions from multiple offices with proper documentation.
• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests per policy.
• Maintain vendor files and electronic storage; assist with POs and payment inquiries.
• Communicate with vendors on invoice discrepancies and payment statuses.
• Support Positive Pay and internal control procedures.
