Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN has partnered with a leading employer in Easton, PA to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who will own the full AP process, including coding vendor invoices and processing payments.

The role requires 3+ years in AP, proficiency with Excel and ERP systems, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The position is temp-to-hire with a pay rate of $24-$29 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, wire, and other payment methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support month-end closing activities and accounts payable reconciliations.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payment status and account issues.
• Assist with 1099 reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
• Pay Rate: $24 - $29 hr (depending on experience level)
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
