Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an onsite role in SW Portland. The position offers exposure to AR support, sales tax, and employee reimbursements within a close-knit team.

You will process AP transactions with PO and three-way matching, help with tax processing, and assist with AR duties as needed. Strong QuickBooks Online experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with purchase orders and three-way matching.
• QuickBooks Online experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with accounting systems and sales tax processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, including purchase order and three-way matching.
• Support sales tax processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities as needed.
• Provide phone support and route parts-related customer inquiries.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve invoice, receipt, and pricing discrepancies.
• Assist with special projects and other accounting duties as assigned.
