Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to own the full AP cycle in a growing government contracting environment. You will work directly with finance leadership, process invoices, and drive improvements.

This role offers a 4-day workweek (Fridays off), onsite parking, and a collaborative team culture. Ideal for professionals with 4+ years in AP and experience with ERP systems and Deltek Costpoint.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Deltek Costpoint experience is a strong plus.
• Experience working within an ERP/accounting system.
• Basic Excel skills, including formulas.
• Knowledge of chart of accounts and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt through payment processing.
• Review invoices, coordinate approvals, and enter vouchers.
• Process ACH payments and online vendor payments.
• Monitor the AP inbox and ensure invoices move through the approval process efficiently.
• Follow up on pending approvals to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Support contract administration by maintaining vendor agreements and related documentation.
