Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate, timely payments and support internal teams and vendors. You'll review statements, reconcile AP transactions, and help with month-end close while maintaining internal controls. Excellent Excel skills and 2–3 years' experience are required.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and effective communication within a fast-growing MSO environment across 650+ locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounts payable or similar experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables / VLOOKUPs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process statements according to payment terms.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor payments.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• Resolve vendor issues for timely payment processing.
• Perform posting invoices, creating payment journals, and scheduling payments.
• Provide customer support via email and phone for billing inquiries.
• Support month-end close and reporting with accounting team.
