Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an AP Payment Analyst to deliver analytical support for accounts payable, drive process improvements, and manage data and reporting. You will collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and efficient AP operations in a compliant environment.

The role emphasizes data validation, system initiatives, and documentation, with opportunities to influence controls and service quality for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in accounts payable, operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience with system implementations, data management, or process improvement is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards for AP operations and metrics.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvements; drive them to implementation.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute AP initiatives and projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate across departments and external parties; communicate status, risks, and results to management.
• Adhere to company standards and participate in various meetings or projects as needed.
