Trinity Industries, Inc. is seeking an AP Administrator to support end-to-end accounts payable in a controls-driven, high-volume environment.

You will perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching, open payables monitoring, and collaborate with Plant Operations and Procurement to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years in a shared services or high-volume AP environment.
• Experience with 2-way/3-way invoice matching, PO workflows, and vendor payments.
• ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and strong Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Match 2-way/3-way invoices and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Monitor open payables, vendor statements, and aging to ensure timely payments.
• Validate vendor master data, TIN/W-9, and banking details for compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Treasury to streamline AP processes.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support SOX controls.
