Job summary

AV is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead day-to-day AP operations, ensure accurate processing of invoices and supplier payments, and support Oracle Fusion rollout across AV units. You will manage the AP team, enforce internal controls, and partner with Finance to improve processes.

The role requires extensive AP experience, ERP implementation exposure, and strong leadership in a multi-entity environment, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable or procure-to-pay experience.
• 3+ years of people-management or AP team-leadership experience.
• Experience supporting an ERP implementation or system conversion in AP.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Payables experience preferred; other ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Coach and develop AP staff; set priorities and train the team.
• Manage invoice intake, coding, PO matching, approvals, and payments.
• Monitor aging, payment holds, supplier inquiries, and reimbursements; resolve issues.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, payment terms, banking data, and tax docs.
• Support check runs, ACH/wire payments and payment exceptions.
• Track AP metrics and report risks to Senior Manager.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, Accounting and business units.
