Job summary

Jobot is hiring an Accounts Payable Manager in Dallas, TX to lead a high-volume AP function on-site. You will manage both onshore and offshore teams, drive transformation through Oracle Cloud Financials, and implement RPA/AI to streamline processes and reduce manual work.

The role focuses on stabilizing and developing the AP team, improving controls, and enabling scalable operations in a large industrial organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive AP experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials is a must.
• Proven experience managing high volume invoices and complex vendor bases.
• Demonstrated success in finance transformation including RPA/AI implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete accounts payable process including PO/Non-PO, payment execution, and vendor master management.
• Lead and develop onshore and offshore AP teams, providing training and guidance.
